TANDET LOGISTICS ACQUIRES LIQUITERMINALS

JANUARY 2007 -- Liquiterminals was acquired by Tandet Logistics, to become Tandet Group of Companies 12th location. Liquiterminals, like Tandet Logistics is also a bulk carrier of both liquid and dry product. The acquisition increases Tandet’s depth in regards to the transportation of petroleum, caustic and hazmat. The acquisition of Liquiterminals by Tandet was met with great enthusiasm throughout the company. The merger enables both Tandet and Liquiterminals to be better positioned in order to expand our service areas and maintain the highest of customer service and safety expectations.
