Tandet Logistics is an asset based entity that manages the delivery of our customer's bulk products both directly and indirectly. Our core services include the pick up and delivery of product in Tandet trucks, with Tandet employees. When we are unable to directly service the requirements we turn to our distribution partners to service our customers' needs. This enables customers to make one contact to deliver their service needs, if that is their preference.

Tandet tracks and monitors performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that highlights deviations from standard service commitments through our Total Quality Management process. This allows us to draw attention to distribution system gaps for correction or alteration on an on-going basis. These statistics allow us to initiate changes within Tandet and our customer’s organizations before customer service starts to be impacted. We consistently deliver on service requests in excess of 98%, year after year.

Tandet Logistics’ distribution services are focused on the delivery of Liquid and Dry Bulk commodities across North America. Our services are targeted to the following areas:

• Solvents and Chemicals
• Oil - petroleum and food grade
• Caustic
• Plastic Pellets
• Granular Dry Goods

These services are provided on the basis of a primary service provider, delivering premium services to dedicated customers, with dedicated equipment and people, both in the truck and in our dispatch/management offices. Alternatively we provide “on-demand” services to dedicated customers that have less frequent, but reliability focused, requirements.

We move products on both an import and export basis, as well as domestically between and within provinces. Trailers are both custom designed to meet specific customer needs and generically designed to meet multiple customer needs.

An external audit showed that Tandet Logistics’ direct and managed deliveries met all delivery objectives over 98% of the time. This includes measurements of on-time performance, product quantity and quality and overall customer satisfaction for deliveries close to home and across the continent. This applied to both prescheduled and “deliver now!” shipment statuses. Our operational procedures all comply with the ISO-9002 quality performance standards and we demand the same performance from any third party contractors.
